Outline of the Body’s Energy System Part 2

Balancing the Energy of Chakras and Meridians

Body Chakras

A brief review of chakras and meridian lines is offered in this video.

The human energy system can be balanced. It is very healthful and helpful to learn to do so. Reiki and other energy practices can do this.

Now, you may walk out from your Reiki session or your Therapeutic Touch session and go right back to your old patterning. It does not always get to the roots of things. You may not be ready to get to the roots of things. Nevertheless, using energy work in that way, as a balancer, can be a very helpful teaching process.

Do-In is a Japanese holistic system that teaches you to come to balance, spiritual, mentally, and emotionally. Consider exploring it.

Peace to you.

We continue now with part 2 of Outlining the Energy System by focusing on the assistance such knowledge offers us.

The energy system can be balanced and can flow (be in balance) almost predominantly from how you think, from how you understand life.

In the beginning (of spiritual awareness,) it is very helpful to learn to balance your body – your body’s energy system.
Much like having a massage, you can have an energy massage and that teaches you or reminds you how balanced you can feel. It teaches you that and so it is good for that. Reiki does that, many of the energy processes, such as Therapeutic Touch, Polarity. Many of the processes can bring you to balance and teach you, either overtly or covertly, “Hmm, this is how I feel when I am in balance.“

Now, you may walk out from your Reiki session or your Therapeutic Touch session and go right back to your old patterning. It does not always get to the roots of things. You may not be ready to get to the roots of things. Nevertheless, using energy work in that way, as a balancer, can be a very helpful teaching process.

One of the ways to do that, one of the systems to do that is Do-In. I really encourage you to consider looking at Do-In. It deals with (offers you) a Shiatsu, kind of a Shiatsu, self-Shiatsu, self-acupressure-pressure, system.

I have outlined the chakras, the major energy systems in the body (in the part 1 of this video) as well as the understanding that, there are a number of places where there are points of energy in the body. Those points of energy are definitely applied to the major organ systems. They feed the organ systems, e.g., there are lung meridians. A meridian is the line (of energy) that addresses that particular physical system, such as lungs or heart or stomach or intestines or kidneys. There are certain meridians that plot a line toward that area of the body and most of them are on both sides of the body. They mirror so that you can have a meridian lung line on both sides of the body as well there is one line that runs up the center and one down the back. These are not really lines, though we call them meridian lines, but instead are numerous dots of energy that form and run to a particular system. I hope that is clear.

Basically, all you need to know is that there are some major spots in the body – usually down the trunk, (as well as) the top and base of the body – major spots, called chakras, that hold or carry major energy sites and, that there are numerous, numerous – hundreds, of pin-point areas in the body, called meridian points, that run lines or make lines addressing each of the physical systems in the body. And everything needs to be in balance. Our thoughts (beliefs, positions about life) are what take it out of balance.

That is a thumbnail sketch of some of the energetic going on in the physical system.

Peace to you.
