How to Use Ho’oponopono
Ho’oponopono is a system to make right what is in error or in need of forgiveness and restitution. Saying, I love you; Please forgive me; I’m sorry; Thank you, sets up both an intention and assumption that the Divine will erase present and past mistakes in your judgment and action.
Used the way Dr. Hew Len teaches, it is offered as a constant mantra for any internal judgment, thoughts, and feeling to be surrendered to the Divine for cleansing and clearing. The goal being to erase the mind of judgment, in order to reach the state of Zero.
Continuously Delete and Surrender
What you do (and maybe it is time for you to go and take a course from him) what you do is apply it all the time. It has a number of processes which are part of his workshop (and which are confidential) but basically there are 4 statements that you make which are:
- I love you
- Please forgive me
- I’m sorry
- Thank you
Hello and welcome. I am Ellen Sutherland and here we are being spiritual.
It has been awhile since I’ve been on video. I have been doing some writing on the blog for a change.
It think it will be fun to talk today about Ho’oponopono.
Ho’oponopono a Process of Making Right
Some friends of mind have been to (a workshop) in order to see Dr. Hew Len in Montreal Canada. They had quite an amazing weekend with him. Their sharing reinforced my understanding of Ho’oponopono itself, as well as bringing up my gratitude to Dr. Hew Len for being a perfect example of absolute faith – perfect example. It is wonderful that we have him in this world of ours, right now.
Offer up Data to the Divine
Ho’oponopono as you know, if you go on line and check it out, is a way…its Hawaiian meaning is to make right, Ho’o Ponopono – make right. It is a wonderful process of catching anything that is – Dr.Hew Len calls it data – any thinking, any feeling, any response to experiences in the world, and offering it for cleaning or healing or releasing.
Continuously Delete and Surrender
What you do, (and maybe it is time for you to go and take a course from him) what you do, is apply it (the mantra) all the time. It has a number of processes which are part of his workshop is confidential, but basically there are 4 statements that you make which are:
I love you
Please forgive me
Each aspect of it is quite wonderful. I love you puts you in the higher vibrations of lovingness. Please forgive me, acknowledging that you are holding onto something, that you are judging something, that you are caught in something. I’m sorry, offers that awareness that we have made an error, and thank you, which is the “piece de resistance” is the assumption that it will be dealt with. I have heard him say it is like putting your finger on the delete button on a computer, You don’t doubt that the delete will do what it is supposed to do when you actually make the application.
Ho’oponopono is a wonderful healing way. This is the time in the world for it. People are ready to make such an absolute commitment it seems, because it is very much “around” in these last number of years. It seems that it is timely and we are ready to constantly release, constantly let go.
A Spiritual Renaissance
As I said before, it feels as if we are involved in a spiritual renaissance. There are so many wonderful teachers, so many higher teachers in the world right now which does not necessarily mean it is going to be peaceful because of having so many higher teachings. They roil up the water – the unconscious waters – and bring up our stuff. At the same time, they hold high energy for us. The prospect of being able to attain those high states now seems to be more possible.
One of the reasons for this is because of people like Dr. Hew Len and what he offers all of us. Ho’oponopono to you. Check it out, have a look for it. It is another tool and another wonderful tool. It might be your way, you know. For some people it is their way, it is how they do their clearing.
So it is another tool provided at this time to to enable us clear all that blocks our perfect state – Zero.
Peace to you.
